Idea behind this website and business is that the whole process is done online with the minimum time required. We are an Australian business based in Perth, Western Australia, 6000, Australia.
All Purchase prices include GST and will not only give you right to use our plan but also it will be custom fitted on your individual block and be ready for Development Approval as well as Building Permit Approval. All minor changes to the plans can be done and negotiated with one of our designers.
If you are not sure which plan can fit your block, please send us a feature/contour survey plan of your block and we can make some suggestions for you.
Note: To be able to send you all plans ready for council approval, we must receive a feature/contour survey plan of the specific block in .dwg and .pdf files. For list of surveyors please do not hesitate to contact us.
